About Our President
Denise Butler is a technology management expert with over 22 years of experience
leading web development and other IT projects in the financial services
sector. She has extensive experience as a business analyst, a database
designer and in web coding. She leads the IT Harmony software development
team.
As a Business Analyst for Rick Hebert and Associates, Denise has worked
with many financial institutions across the United States.
Denise has implemented and managed a wide variety of technology projects,
business continuity and business impact assessments, risk management and
assessments, information security programs and vendor management programs.
Denise has provided database development services (mysql and mssql) along
with Cognos 8 business analytics report development, training and
consulting to community banks and financial institutions.
Denise was also the Chief Information Officer for Kennebunk Savings Bank, where
she had the opportunity to grow and expand her skills in technology and
management. She led growth related and operational
technology projects, developed the technology team, and saw the bank
through it's initial growth period as it organically increased assets from
$165mm to $650mm. In addition, Denise was the business initiative leader
of the development of the bank's first web site. Related sales and
marketing initiatives were extremely successful, leading to a 1/3rd
increase in sales.
Denise's vision led to a unified team between technology, marketing and
the core business functions of the bank (lending and deposits).
About Our Chief Solutions Architect
Stephen Stofanak is a senior management consultant at IT Harmony with over 30 years of business experience. He is the Chief Architect for the web based project / business change management solution HarmonyChange.
Stephen has delivered project and organizational change management training, consulting, and coaching to over 250 companies across various industry segments throughout New England such as Fairchild, The Jackson Laboratory, Public Service of NH, Cornell University, University of NH, Community Counseling, Felton Brush, Laconia Savings, Kennebunk Savings, York Hospital, and St Joseph's Hospital Bangor. He was the founder and president of the consulting firm TSI Systems, Inc.
Mr. Stofanak spent 23 years with Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) where he was instrumental in developing Digital's Program Management Methodology.
As Change Management Consultant for Worldwide Manufacturing and Logistics at DEC, he established the program office that was responsible for twelve worldwide re-engineering and major software implementation projects that significantly reduced expenses and improved customer satisfaction.
Mr. Stofanak speaks frequently on project management and organizational change at various management forums throughout New England and was the board president for the non-profit Faithworks in Lewiston, Maine.
